We provide samples free of charge to interior designers - please register for an account and order samples online or contact sales@georgespencer.com. For all our retail customers please order online.
This varies depending on the product ordered, please contact the showroom for minimums.
Yes we can offer cuttings for approval on stocked items only for orders over 3 meters. We do not offer CFA’s on wallpaper.
Yes, fabrics can be reserved for a limited period, please contact the showroom to discuss.
Lead times vary depending on the product. Stocked items arrive within 5-7 business days after receipt of payment. Delivery dates for items out of stock are approximate, please speak to your sales representative for updates.

Wallpaper hanging instructions are provided with every wallpaper delivery. We strongly recommend that all of our clients read these before instructing an installer. The information these contain, might assist your choice of adhesive and will highlight important decisions that may need to be taken before installation can begin.

For hand block printed wallpapers, we recommend the use of ‘‘Halls Beeline’’ (Green Top) prepared tub paste in the UK and ‘Metylan’ – Special’ in the USA. For our non-woven wallpapers we advise a Premium quality Tub Adhesive or an equivalent good quality, solvent free, fungicide protected, light grade adhesive. This is a paste the wall product.
We recommend dry clean only for all our fabrics. Light vacuuming is desirable to remove dirt and dust particles and extends the life of the fabric. Under conditions of normal wear, annual or semi-annual cleaning will preserve and enhance the upholstery.
No, all fabrics are supplied untreated.
